Hi, I’m Caryn.

I’m a Basque-American author, and I love writing mysteries and horror stories where the supernatural is real and cats get their paws into everything. (So… I guess we should add ‘non-fiction’ to the list, because I’ve never had a cat who wasn’t a meddlesome troublemaker in all the best ways.)

The Basque concept of being states that “everything which has a name exists,” and I love bringing my nightmares to life on the page simply by giving them names. When I’m not writing, I’m catering to my feline overlords and navigating life with epilepsy, because even my neurons love a good plot twist.
